Customers: Please note that your order will be shipped within 5-7 business days excluding holidays and weekends. You should recieve your order within 10-15 business days from the date we process your order.

Once Rosalyn Scent has processed and shipped your order you will receive a confirmation number. We ship all packages through the USPS system. It is up to USPS to deliver your package on time. If you don't receive your package within 30 days from the order date, we will replace your package. (After investigation)... We are not responsible for your package once it leaves our office!

If your package was replaced and you still didn't receive it, I suggest you call the usps customer service number asap.
