Once Rosalyn Scent has processed and shipped your order you will receive a confirmation number. We ship all packages through the USPS system. It is up to USPS to deliver your package on time. If you don't receive your package within 30 days from the order date, we will replace your package and ship it through UPS or FEDEX system. (After investigation)...
